Dan at Vivid is really easy to work with and very accomodating. He helped me identify things about my own car that I was not sure of. I sent my DME file using the Softtronic Flash Client and input my pertinent information and it was sent. I received the file in a couple of hours. After I received the tuned file, I plugged in the battery charger and laptop charger and followed the easy instructions. The upload literally took only 2-3 minutes to complete.
