Dan at Vivid is really easy to work with and very accomodating. He helped me identify things about my own car that I was not sure of. I sent my DME file using the Softtronic Flash Client and input my pertinent information and it was sent. I received the file in a couple of hours. After I received the tuned file, I plugged in the battery charger and laptop charger and followed the easy instructions. The upload literally took only 2-3 minutes to complete. The transformation unleashed the Stuttgart derived beast from under the hood. The turbos boost much quicker and boosts more consistently at 1.1 to 1.2 bar. The response is solid with no hesitation.
