Wow! Through every step, every person I had contact with was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. Jeff helped me make my choice on an eissenmann pipe selection and even had a great suggestion as to what exhaust to get, (thank you for that by the way!). He was never short with me (albeit we only had email correspondence) and asked other questions about the set up I would eventually like! It's clear that those who work at VR have a passion for cars and what they do and that passion shows. I cannot thank you enough! As for Jeff and Jim... through their actions, they have most certainly made me a repeat customer hands down. Keep up the great work!!! |
